COVID-19 Appointment Information

At this time, I am accepting current clients who were already scheduled and wish to keep their appointments. I am having to operate on LIMITED HOURS  so some cancellations of scheduled appointments are still necessary to distance you from other clients. Here are some helpful reminders and new policy and procedures for when we are able to keep your appointments and still keep you safe.

PLEASE ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING :

-Please RESCHEDULE  your appointment if you feel AT ALL UNWELL

-Please RESCHEDULE your appointment if you feel at all UNEASY about being in PUBLIC SPACES during this time.

-Please WASH your hands AS SOON as you enter the office and BEFORE you leave.

-PLEASE BRING A MASK OR FACE COVERING. 

-Do NOT bring anyone else inside the office with you.

-You will be required to fill out a COVID-19 form EVERY VISIT. If you REFUSE to fill out paperwork, service will NOT be provided. YOU CAN PRINT THIS OFF UNDER THE HELPFUL FORMS TAB AND BRING IT WITH YOU FOR QUICKER PROCESSING.

-IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT, DO NOT SEND SOMEONE ELSE IN YOUR PLACE. THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!! DO NOT TRADE YOUR APPOINTMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE. YOU KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT OR YOU CANCEL.

-If you have a scheduled session already that has not been canceled, please be aware I MAY NEED TO ASK YOU to shift your appointment time or day in order to help DISTANCE YOU from running into other clients before or after your appointment.

-You may be asked to ALLOW ME to take your temperature BEFORE entering my treatment room.

-Please DO NOT ENTER the treatment area until INVITED to do so.

-Arrive exactly 10 minutes before your appointment time. Appointments will end at appointed time. The main office door will remain closed until 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

-Regarding Credit Cards, if you fee uneasy about using my card reader and signing the tablet, I will be happy to provide you with an email invoice to pay online. Cash or Check is also accepted.

-Lastly, I ask for your continued patience. Navigating this experience is a challenge. As I reschedule please understand I need to make adjustments and will be operating on LIMITED HOURS for the first several weeks to ensure every ones safety.
